We’re teaming up with two great organizations in June to bring community members together around food, drinks, and shopping for a cause. Hope to see you at these events!
Make your grocery list, and come shop at Lucky’s Market on Tuesday, June 6. A portion of that day’s sales will go directly to The Agrarian Adventure’s efforts to expand After School Food & Garden Club to more schools in the fall. Be on the lookout for TAA volunteers throughout the store that day. We’ll be the ones in our famous green TAA shirts. Stop and say hello!
On Sunday, June 25, Cultivate Coffee and Tap House is hosting an evening of live music, games in the garden, and a charity beer on tap (proceeds go to TAA). Bring the whole family for a fun summer evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM!
Thank you to both organizations for hosting us and lifting up farm to school work in our community!
Our Farmraiser fundraiser selling Nature & Nurture seeds goes live on Sunday, March 19th and runs through April 10th!
Buy Nature & Nurture seeds through our Farmraiser campaign and support educational programs that connect kids with where their food comes from.
Help spread the word (especially once it starts on 3/19)!

As we gear up for another year of Farmer in the Classroom, we love to look back at the previous school years to see just how far our programs have come. We’ll let the infographic do the talking:
The Agrarian Adventure is currently seeking a coordinator for the Food & Garden Club! This position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in agriculture and fostering youth understandings of where their food comes from, and the connections this has with their communities, their environment, and their personal health.
To learn more, read the position description here! We’d like to encourage U-M student applicants with work-study awards to apply through the Student Employment Office website.
